转子泵属容积式泵的一种型式，通过转子与泵体间的相对运动来改变工作容积 ，从而使流体的能量增加。

6.体积小，流量大，扬程压力高，适用长距离与高阻力定量输送。

7.泵的叶轮与传动齿轮分开，且在泵腔内各零配件之间保证一定的间隙，相互不接触，伍磨损，低噪音，可靠性好，使用寿命长，节能降耗。

8.配置变频器后，可以随意调节流量，并可做一般计量泵使用。

9.可输送汽、液、固等叁相混合物料。可以输送的介质的粘度可高1000000CP和含固量达55%的浆料。

10.结构紧凑，维护方便，几乎无易损件，运行成本低

The rotor pump is a type of positive displacement pump, which changes the working volume through the relative movement between the rotor and the pump body, thereby increasing the energy of the fluid.

1. All the parts in the rotor pump that come into contact with the conveyed materials are made of stainless steel materials that meet hygienic standards, and their seals are made of non-toxic rubber. Reliable rust resistance and non-toxic sealing ensure safety and hygiene.

2. The streamline structure of the rotor and the absence of dead spots and non-metallic parts in the rotor chamber avoid pollution to the conveyed material.

3. It is suitable for in-situ CIP cleaning and steam sterilization, and fully complies with the requirements of the US FDA and pharmaceutical grade (GMP) specifications.

4. It is especially suitable for foaming during re-transportation and for conveying high-viscosity, high-concentration and any particle-containing media. The material conveyed through it maintains the original quality and does not have any physical and chemical reaction.

5. The external dynamic and static ring mechanical seals are used, which can be directly washed with water, resistant to high pressure, not easy to wear, and have no leakage.

6. Small volume, large flow, high lift pressure, suitable for long-distance and high-resistance quantitative transportation.

7. The impeller of the pump is separated from the transmission gear, and a certain gap is ensured between the parts in the pump chamber, without contact with each other, with no wear, low noise, good reliability, long service life, energy saving and consumption reduction.

8. After configuring the inverter, the flow can be adjusted at will, and it can be used as a general metering pump.

9. It can transport three-phase mixture materials such as vapor, liquid and solid. The viscosity of the medium that can be transported can be as high as 1,000,000 CP and the slurry with a solid content of up to 55%.
