卫生级自吸泵产物结构

  1、该泵由泵体、叶轮、轴、机架、电机等部件组成，结构精密，移动方便。

  2、泵体内设有气水分离室与出中相同，贮水室与回流阀相通。自吸时，回流阀是自动打开的，回流阀体装有正对叶轮的锥型喷嘴，自吸时有助于提高自吸速度。

  3、进水接头与泵体之间装有橡胶阀片，停止时自动关闭，保持泵内满液作上次引液之用。

  4、泵的进口下羰，设有放液口，扭开放液口封盖，泵内液料即可放净。

  5、出液口，进液口处都用橡胶密封圈，转轴上密封采用机械密封件来密封。

卫生级自吸泵产物特点及使用范围

   具有结构紧凑、外观美观、重量轻、操作方便等特点，泵体与液体接触部分均采用SUS304或SUS316优质材料冷加工制成、对酸、碱、盐溶液均有很好耐腐蚀能力，很适应输送各种酒类、汽水、牛奶、食醋、食用植物油等液体，为单程自吸泵在间断输送时不需每次向泵内灌引液料，适用于乳品、食品、饮料、啤酒、化工、医药、纺织业等，并能与过滤机配套使用。

1. The pump is composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, frame, motor and other components, with precise structure and convenient movement.

2. There is a gas-water separation chamber in the pump body, which is the same as the outlet, and the water storage chamber is communicated with the return valve. When self-priming, the return valve is automatically opened, and the back-flow valve body is equipped with a conical nozzle facing the impeller, which helps to improve the self-priming speed during self-priming.

3. There is a rubber valve plate between the water inlet joint and the pump body, which is automatically closed when stopped to keep the pump full of liquid for the last time.

4. The inlet of the pump is equipped with a liquid discharge port. Twist the cover of the liquid port to open the liquid port, and the liquid material in the pump can be drained.

5. Rubber sealing rings are used at the liquid outlet and liquid inlet, and mechanical seals are used for sealing on the rotating shaft.
